At Sights & Sounds, we use only the newest and best equipment to service your meetings. We provide Shure and Sennheiser products for audio needs and FSR and Extron products for video. Our equipment is new and well maintained. Most of our show production equipment is rack mounted for a clean and professional presentation. In addition to audiovisual technology and staging equipment, we also have the capability to provide computer and office technology such as laptops, desktops, fax machines and printers.

An on-site event coordinator is provided at each show to ensure excellence in service and client communications. Our event coordinators allow our clients to feel comfortable, ask questions and discuss changes about the production while enabling our technicians to have the space and time needed to ensure that the technical aspects of the show are perfect and that events run on time and efficiently.

Our event coordinators collaborate with our clients to discuss the specific needs for each individual production. Our years of experience and expertise are helpful in guiding and educating clients as to the necessary technical needs to best facilitate the success of their event.

Sights & Sounds offers AV equipment rental services to area hotels, restaurants and banquet facilities. We provide drop-off service as well as set-up and show services. Our clients in the rental services division experience our dedication to customer service by having 24-hour access to a representative who will provide for their needs regardless of short notice orders or time of day. We pride ourselves on providing prompt delivery and last minute service when many of our competitors cannot be reached.

Sights & Sounds has a specific division that specializes in providing audiovisual services for trial consultants who are conducting focus groups, trial simulations or full-scale mock trials. We have a specific inventory of equipment that is specially designed and rack mounted to best provide for the needs of recording a mock trial or focus group. We have worked with many of the top firms in the trial consulting field to provide unparalleled presentations for their clients. We have provided audiovisual services for such consulting firms as LGA Consulting, Douglas Green & Associates, Opinion Studies, Girard & associates, Litigation Strategies, Trial Graphix and Persuasion Strategies. We also travel throughout the United States with several of these firms to exclusively provide all of the audiovisual needs for their mock trials nationwide. To add to this division of the company, we are also expanding into the field of courtroom technology. We have the capabilities to provide both trial consultants and law firms with the equipment, technicians and technical support that they need to present the most compelling trial presentations.
